Born and raised in Southern Maryland, Dawn has made Jacksonville her home for the past 20 years; residing first in Ponte Vedra Beach and the past 12 years in Mandarin.
Dawn's professional background includes 10 years of banking, analyzing both consumer and commercial loans, rising to the position of Branch Manager and Commercial Loan Officer. After relocating to Jacksonville, she joined a major chemical production company where she started in Customer Service and, after 9 years, left as a Equipment Specialist.
Dawn's career with EXIT Realty began in Early 2002 when she joined their first Jacksonville office as Office Administrator. This position allowed her to learn all aspects of residential real estate as she helped to facilitate the closing of hundereds of transactions, and naturally progressed to her gaining her real estate license.
Having helped her contractor husband build several homes, including their own, Dawn also has complete knowledge of building materials, structural design, and the entire new construction process.
