Bill is a long-time resident of Jacksonville and St. Johns County. He is your neighbor and has raised his family here. He has been actively involved in the community by volunteering his time coaching and working with youth on various sports teams. He and his wife, Julie have 2 boys that are students at Swiss Point Middle School and Allen D. Nease High School.
