Marsh Landing Country Club, situated within the gates of the Marsh Landing community, is a private country club located just south of J. Turner Butler Boulevard (SR 202) in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The 18-hole championship golf course, clubhouse and facilities were opened in 1986. The main clubhouse underwent a major renovation in 2006 opening our new 17,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in September. Epping Forest Yacht Club has evolved from an historic estate into one of the most exquisite yacht clubs in the South. The original luxurious riverfront Mansion, built in the late 1920's, was home to industrialist Alfred I. duPont and his wife, Jessie Ball duPont. In 1984, Gate Petroleum Company purchased the property restoring its original splendor.
